Warranty Period
The Laav Chair comes with a 1-year warranty, valid from the day the product is delivered to the customer.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that may cause damage or structural failure under normal use.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing or assembly errors identified during normal use.
- Breakage or structural failure caused by a material or production defect.
If such issues appear, please contact Laav as soon as possible, providing:
a short description, photos of the defect, and proof of purchase.
Our team will assess the situation and arrange repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- damage caused during transportation or handling after delivery.
- normal wear, patina, or softening due to regular use;
- natural variations in materials such as tone, grain, or texture;
- damage resulting from improper use, incorrect care, or exposure to unsuitable indoor conditions (ideal humidity 40–60%, temperature 14–26°C);
- use of incorrect cleaning products or harsh chemicals (the leather should be cleaned only with mild soap, water, and a soft microfiber cloth);
- unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications;
Maintenance Requirements
Regular care is essential to maintain the quality of the chair.
Please clean it only as instructed — using mild soap and water — and avoid strong cleaning agents.
No conditioning products are required.
Service Process
If a warranty-covered issue occurs:
- Contact us via email with photos, a short description, and proof of purchase.
- Our team will confirm whether the issue falls under warranty.
- If it does, the defective part or chair will be repaired or replaced promptly.
If the issue is not covered by warranty, the client will be informed and may request a paid repair or replacement service.
